Agnieszka Maliszewska is a distinguished leader in the dairy industry, renowned for her extensive contributions and unwavering dedication to the sector.

Since 2002, she has been the driving force behind the International Dairy Community Forum, an esteemed conference that unites experts, policymakers, and diplomats from around the globe to discuss pivotal issues and advancements in dairy.

In 2008, Agnieszka founded the Polish Chamber of Milk, where she continues to serve as the Director. Under her leadership, the Chamber has become a pivotal institution in promoting and supporting the Polish dairy industry.

Her influence extends to the European stage, where she holds the position of First Vice President of COGECA, the organization representing European agricultural and agri-food cooperatives. In this role, Agnieszka advocates for the interests of dairy cooperatives, emphasizing sustainable practices and cooperative values.

Agnieszka's exceptional service has been recognized through numerous accolades. Notably, in 2021, she was honored as a Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit by the French Minister of Agriculture and Food, acknowledging her significant contributions to strengthening Polish-French agricultural relations—the first Polish woman to receive this prestigious award.

Her passions include sports, particularly extreme running, and literature.
