Regional Director for Eastern Poland and Head of the Lublin Branch at Nagel Group, a company specializing in food logistics with a focus on maintaining the cold chain. A graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Leadership Psychology Academy at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. With over 25 years of experience in the logistics industry, he began his career at DHL Express and has been with Nagel Group since 2010. As a food logistics specialist, he supports food industry companies in optimizing their supply chains, implements innovative solutions, and develops his team—contributing directly to the company's growth.

Outside his professional work, he lectures at the WSEI Academy in Lublin, sharing his knowledge and experience in logistics, transportation, and management.
