Marcin Hydzik has been the President of the Management Board of the Association of Polish Milk Processors (ZPPM) for over a dozen years. A lawyer by profession, he also holds a PhD in economics and postgraduate degrees in agriculture, real estate and management. As the head of ZPPM, he represents the interests of milk processors, raw material buyers and companies operating in the dairy industry. Before joining the ZPPM, he was involved in the airport and banking industries for over a decade. Marcin Hydzik actively participates in consultations and activities for the industry in parliament, government and in cooperation with other organisations in the dairy sector. He is involved in developing strategies for the dairy sector for the coming years, with a particular focus on climate challenges and the role of sustainable and regenerative agriculture.
