Simon is currently working as Public Affairs Manager for Sodiaal – the largest dairy cooperative in France. Simon has over 10 years of professional experience in the food industry, having worked in a variety of roles in both the public (European Commission, EFSA) and private sector. An alumnus of the College of Europe in Bruges, he’s a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
